RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
Returns will only be accepted in the following circumstances:
1: An item was damaged while in transit to you during the delivery process
2: The item received does not match the specifications, or differs from the instructions given and agreed upon in your confirmed order.
Photographic proof will be required to support reasons for your return.
Returns will only be considered when notified within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be returned in the original packaging. Failure to do so will result in returns not being accepted under any circumstances.
Once we are satisfied of the condition of the item, you will be refunded via your original method of payment or have the option to exchange your item.
Returned items may only be exchanged for items of the same value.
In the case of exchanges for items of a lower value the difference will be refunded to you.
In the case of exchanges for items of a higher value, the difference must be paid in full before we process the exchange.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Sale items may not be returned
Custom-made and bespoke items may not be returned
